The Luxaire Company manufactures a variety of heating and cooling products for homes and businesses, including air conditioners, water heaters and furnaces. Luxaire furnaces offer high efficiency heating and many carry the Energy Star label. The furnaces are gas powered with an ignition source, replacing the need for a traditional pilot light. Luxaire furnaces also have a heat exchanger, blower motor and filtration system to clean air before distributing it through the home or business. Troubleshooting a Luxaire furnace is relatively simple and may help identify and resolve any problems. Check and restart local fuses or circuit breakers if applicable. Stop and smell carefully around all sides of the furnace for the smell of gas. If gas is detected, leave immediately and contact your local fire department or gas company. Open the front access door and slide out the filter if the furnace is not working properly or heating well.
RevPAR growth has outperformed hotels for serviced apartments, with 7% growth throughout Europe (as compared to 5% for hotels). UK saw RevPAR growth of 3.5% for serviced apartments as compared to 1.5% for hotels, while this was 4% for London, as compared to 3% for hotels. Dublin is likely to see 34% of growth in serviced apartments, in what promises to be a massive expansion drive of late. Close to 700 new units will be delivered by 2027 as per expectations, scaling up the serviced apartment supply in the city on the back of demand. This surge is also attributed to the growing interest of investors in the sector. Dublin has approximately 2,019 rooms in serviced apartments making up about 6.7% of the total stock of 29,946 hospitality rooms. This means there’s abundant space to grow further since demand currently exceeds supply. Leading players like Hilton and Marriott are also coming up with big-ticket projects to add more units in the next few years.

Property settlements involve looking at the asset pool. For example, if Bob and Sheila own a house, contributions are assessed retrospectively throughout the relationship. Both financial and non-financial contributions are considered, including ‘homemaker and parenting contributions’. Family violence is now codified into these considerations. Initial contributions are also considered. For example, if Bob contributed $800,000 and Sheila $200,000, courts assess the weight of those contributions in the context of the relationship. External contributions, like gifts or inheritances, are also considered. Longer-term relationships dilute the impact of initial contributions. The longer ago contributions were received, the less weight they carry, unless they have a significant effect on the current asset pool. The Court will assess future needs. It will evaluate current and future circumstances, including income, earning capacity, health, childcare responsibilities, and any impact of family violence.
